My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were elegant with complete amenities, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver given the soaring temperatures every day. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from high street shopping and BurJuman mall. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. However, the dining experience was a bit lackluster, with limited options available, but overall, the value for money was definitely there.
The hotel offers rooms that could have been a little cleaner but come with excellent big balconies equipped with mirrors, drawers, and plug points, which is nice. The service is exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Yaseen. The rooms are elegant with complete amenities, including good air conditioning essential for the soaring temperatures every day.
